Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old
Have a high school diploma or GED
Possess a valid driver's license (state-issued ID not accepted).
Applicants must also be able to perform essential job functions of the trade and have a high level of physical strength and stamina.

Overview:

A 4-year program consisting of 6,750 on-the-job training hours and 824 classroom/shop hours
Training in all aspects of commercial steel construction
No cost for training
This is a UNION job with paid health and retirement benefits
